Lance Breitstein

Lance Breitstein graduated with the Highest Distinction from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2011. He became an equity trader at Trillium, later managing their Chicago office and earning Top Trader in 2020 and 2021. In 2018, he founded The Impact Competition, a non-profit that encourages students to address social issues, now hosted at over a dozen top U.S. schools.

Julieta Machado

Julieta is the vice president of social enterprise and workforce development initiatives at Catholic Charities USA. She manages the Innovation Challenge and the Rework America Alliance Project, providing technical support to local agency staff to build capacity and make connections with workforce development opportunities. She also leads the Construction Trades, Language Interpretation and Employment Readiness Communities of Practice.

Jay Kelly
Jay Kelly is an AI and Digital Marketing Executive with over 17 years of experience. As Partner & Co-founder of Return on Good since 2022, he’s raised $30 million with AI-driven strategies. He co-founded Comerge (2012-2019), earning Inc. 500 status, and grew billings for General Motors and The New York Times to $15M and $100M+, respectively. Jay guest lectures at the University of Notre Dame-Mendoza Business School and holds a BA from Rowan University (1985) and a Board Director Qualified Credential.
